Eltin, committed to the safety of its customers, is voluntarily recalling Radd helmets from the market. This decision follows the detection of a potential quality issue in the manufacturing process, which could cause a component of the adjustment and retention system mechanism to break.
To check whether your Eltin helmet is one of the Radd models included in this precautionary campaign, please follow the instructions below:
1. Check that your helmet is the affected model
Look inside your helmet for a label like the one shown in the photo below. This label indicates the helmet name and model under section “c”. If it states RADD – BH16, it is the affected model.

2. Return the helmet to the point of sale
If your helmet is the RADD – BH16 model, please go to the point of sale where you purchased it to arrange the return.
