Creativity, design, and cycling solidarity: Eltin and Barreira Art and Design School collaborate to transform our helmets into unique pieces and donate them to the charitable cause of Payasospital.

At Eltin, we love being part of special projects where we can connect cycling with other environments. Aiming to promote creativity and social engagement, we recently provided several units of our helmets to the Barreira Art and Design School in Valencia (Spain) for a very special initiative.

The students of the Intermediate Degree in Printed Graphic Product were responsible for bringing these very special helmets to life, customising them entirely. Guided by renowned artists and teachers such as La Nena Wapa, Amigo Camino, and David de Limón, the students applied their own designs, full of colour, personality, and originality, turning each helmet into a unique piece of art.

The result of this creative work was showcased on 19 December, when the helmets went on sale at the XMAS Market of Barreira School. An initiative that not only highlighted the students’ talent but also went a step further with a charitable purpose.

All proceeds from the sale of the helmets were entirely donated to Payasospital, an organisation that brings joy and emotional support to hospitalised children. A cause that perfectly aligns with the values of collaboration, empathy, and commitment we uphold at Eltin.

At Eltin, we would like to thank Barreira School, the teachers, and especially the students for their involvement and creativity. Initiatives like this demonstrate that design, cycling, and solidarity can go hand in hand to create a real positive impact.
